• Dr. Nicole Da Silva

    FOUNDER | Chiropractor

    Dr. Nicole da Silva graduated, with honours, from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, she received her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences. Nicole has also completed the Neurofunctional Acupuncture program at McMaster University, as well as courses in pre and post-partum care. Dr. da Silva is a trainer at F45 Leaside and uses this experience as an added tool to her practice.

    Dr. da Silva believes in taking the time to learn and understand everything that makes you unique. She is very thorough in her sessions and seeks to uncover anything that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. Dr. da Silva will tailor your treatment plan to match your values, comfort level, and expectations. Her goal is to provide streamlined and stress-free care so that you can focus on getting better, finding balance and achieving your best self.

    In her free time, you can find Dr. da Silva running, doing a HIIT workout at F45, or checking out local coffee shops. While she enjoys living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, she will never turn down a good plate of pasta!

  • Dr. Leann Melegrito

    Chiropractor

    Originally from Manila, Philippines Dr. Melegrito graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science Major in Biomechanics from the University of the Philippines. She then launched her career as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and lead Nike trainer. After spending 4 years in the fitness industry, she decided to return to school, completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree (2024) with Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

    Dr. Melegrito has always been a proponent of maintaining and improving health through movement and exercise.  Her passion to help others is what drove her to this profession. She believes in evidence-based, patient-centered care. Dr. Leann will work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to the condition as well as your preferences, values, and lifestyle. Her treatment plans include manual chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, active rehabilitation through exercise prescription, and patient-education. Dr. Melegrito enjoys working with all ages and various conditions.

    Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Leann was a competitive gymnast, dancer and a national-team cheerleader (Team Philippines). Outside of the clinic, she enjoys coaching group exercise classes at F45, camping, or getting lost in a novel.

  • Sean Fernandez

    Registered Massage Therapist | Fascial Stretch Therapist

    Sean Fernandez is a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist since 2018. He has worked to create a unique system that has helped hundreds of clients improve mobility and perform their best. Sean graduated from Bryan College with a diploma in Massage Therapy, expanding his understanding of the body to improve his capability as a practitioner. Sean has experience with a range of physical needs – from NBA players and professional athletes to office workers and older folks looking to improve their mobility. He has over 8000+ hours of experience in personal training, fascial stretch, and manual therapy combined. As a wellness professional, Sean strives to make a positive impact on the lives of his clients, empowering them to achieve their health and fitness goals through a customized and effective approach to massage therapy, personal training, and fascial stretch therapy.

  • Lisa Beveridge

    Registered Massage Therapist

    Lisa is a Registered Massage Therapist in Toronto, with a an interest in movement patterns, injury, and rehabilitation. She graduated with a B.A. in Kinesiology & Health Science and Psychology from York University, then complemented that with a Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Sutherland Chan School.

    Lisa’s philosophy is centered on patient education and collaborative therapy. Her personal health journey ignited her focus on holistic well-being. She integrates manual therapy, movement, and functional exercise to create a treatment plan that suits each clients needs and goals.

    Beyond the therapy room, you can find Lisa remaining active. Ultimately she believes in living a balanced, healthy lifestyle. She cherishes her workouts, as well as her treats. Her commitment to personalized care reflects in her approach, empowering clients on their journey to optimal health.
